Q: Is the cost based on how many letters are in the baby’s name?
A: No. The price is a standard $45, independent of how many letters are in the baby’s name.
Q: What is the turnaround time?
A: It usually takes 10-14 days from the time an order is placed to the time we get it to the customer. Should someone need it sooner, they should call (559) 287-3305.
Q: Can colors and symbols be requested by the person ordering the gift?
A: Yes! We'd be happy to accommodate what the customer desires.
Note: Should the request(s) entail extra time and/or cost, the customer will be notified and the artwork will not begin until all parties are satisfied with the cost.
Q: What is used for the actual artwork?
A: Colored pencils, paint and illustration board.
Q: Is there a money back guarantee on C.U.T.E. Baby Name Gifts?
A: Absolutely. A full refund for the purchase price (not including shipping & handling) will be mailed to the person who ordered the gift, provided: the artwork is returned, undamaged, within thirty (30) days of the date it was purchased or the date the parents received it (depending on which party is returning it).
Q: What if the baby’s name is misspelled or the parents plan on calling their newborn a name other than its given (first) name?
A: It is critical to correctly spell the baby’s name on the order sheet. Should a mistake occur and it is on our end, C.U.T.E. Baby Name Gifts will gladly correct the error and provide a replacement. If, however, the artwork was completed as ordered, there shall be no refund.
Q: What if one baby should receive two C.U.T.E. Baby Name Gifts?
A: In the unlikely event it does happen, even though no two baby gifts will ever be identical (color of letters and/or symbols will be different), C.U.T.E. Baby Name Gifts will fully refund whoever returns the gift.
Q: Can I request a particular style of gift?
A: We have a number of artists, each of whom has his or her own style. When you place an order, someone from our company will contact you in order to personalize the gift as much as possible. At that time, should you prefer a certain style, symbols or colors, you will be able to make those specific requests.
